WARRANTY AND RETURN
Our fish leather is of the best quality currently available in the market.
It is important to know how to return or exchange if the product does not meet your expectations
The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
The item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to you. Properly packaged and product without traces of use.
The return item must include a reference number and name of sender.
The return item must include description of the problem with the product.
If an exchange is required, you can contact us via email. When exchanging an item, a description of the desired item should be included via email along with information about item(s) that are being returned to us.
Once we have received the item, you will be reimbursed for the return via the same means of transaction as the initial payment.
You will always receive a confirmation email after your request has been processed.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of used items. We do not reimburse costs of returns. NYVIDD accepts no responsibility in the event of loss or damage that occurs when sending the returned item.
